We will need a deposit check equal to one month's rent before we run a

Approval is usually based on five main areas:
1. Terms (move in date, lease terms, pets)
2. Credit History (checked with major credit bureau)
3. Income (verifiable and stable)
4. Residence (previous landlord, home ownership, length of occupancy)
5. Qualifications (not “first come” basis)
Final decisions are made by each individual owner.
Process usually takes about two days, depending on ability to verify
application or awaiting return telephone calls.
All homes are intended to be leased in “as in” condition. If there are any
improvement, repairs, or additional items that you believe to be necessary
